With Marco Rossi’s name popping up on the trade block just a few days after reports that the Wild may be interested in both Joel Farabee and Bobby Brink, fans have made the connection that the two could be trade partners.
Trenin is a 27-year-old depth forward who has three years left at a $3.5 million cap hit. Marco Rossi is a restricted free agent coming off his entry-level deal this summer.

Jamie Drysdale hasn’t exactly been the home run the Flyers were expecting when they acquired him nearly a year ago, so could they cut their losses and flip him for another rehab project RHD?
Jiricek is 20 years old and has one year left in his entry-level contract. He has 53 games of NHL experience to his name.
Drysdale is 22 years old with one year left on his current contract at a $2.3 million cap hit. He has played 162 NHL games between the Ducks and Flyers.

It feels like the Flyers have been linked to Zegras forever now, but the trigger has yet to be pulled.
Zamula is one of the odd-men out on defense with Emil Andrae’s arrival. Barkey is slated to make the jump to the professional level next season. He was the Flyers’ third round pick in 2023.
Zegras has one year left on his current contract at a $5.75 million cap hit. He has just seven points in 19 games during the 2024-25 season, but has 161 points in 230 total games.

2024-25 has been Wright’s first full go at the NHL level, and he has just four points in 19 games. He has 11 points in 35 total NHL games scattered over the last three seasons.
The questions is do the Flyers give up on Foerster in the name of trying to fix their center depth by adding someone who isn’t a sure thing?

This isn’t the sexiest trade of all time, but file this one under “if Briere was a smart businessman this is the kind of deal he should consider” category.
The Flyers get a slightly younger depth center (Stenlund is 28 vs Laughton who will turn 31 in the spring) at a lesser cap hit (Stenlund has one year left on his deal, Laughton has two) and pick up a first round pick to do it.
