The Philadelphia Flyers are facing a goaltending crisis with Carter Hart out indefinitely. The team is considering options including acquiring John Gibson, Elvis Merzlikins, or Jake Allen. In a rather unfortunate development, Carter Hart, 25, will be out indefinitely due to personal reasons, despite having another quality season in the orange and black, during a contract year. Albeit having some tough stretches with illness and rough starts, Hart still holds a solid .906 Sv% and 2.99 GAA this season.
