Flyers’ Carter Hart Out Indefinitely, Moved to Non-Roster: CapFriendly

Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart is among five players facing charges of sexual assault during a 2018 Hockey Canada event. The club has moved Hart to a non-roster status in response, allowing for roster flexibility. CapFriendly reports. Hart's lawyers have confirmed the charge and pledged for a full response in court. A trial is not expected until 2026.

Carter Hart, Four Others Facing Charges For Involvement in 2018 World Juniors Sexual Assault Scandal

TSN Report: Flyers' Carter Hart and four others are facing disciplinary action for their involvement in a sexual assault scandal involving members of Team Canada's 2018 World Junior team. A case settled with an unknown amount of money has been reopened by London police, who have pursued charges against the five individuals.
