Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart is among five players facing charges of sexual assault during a 2018 Hockey Canada event. The club has moved Hart to a non-roster status in response, allowing for roster flexibility. CapFriendly reports. Hart's lawyers have confirmed the charge and pledged for a full response in court. A trial is not expected until 2026.
